FATHER of a Central Province woman says his daughter was brutally killed last weekend because of police inefficiency.
He said his daughter Grace Gavera, 26, was a victim of domestic violence last Saturday because he was turned away at two police stations in the city where he had gone to lay charges
The father, who declined to be named, said his late daughter’s partner, who is on the run, must be caught and punished.
“I do not need compensation payments but I appeal to the police to find this culprit and let the law deal with him. I am shocked and extremely saddened to hear that my daughter is a victim of domestic violence.
