The Moresby South Rugby Football League will be hosting its presidents meeting at the Koki Market Transit lodge this Sunday.
The executives from all 15 clubs affiliated to the league must attend to address important issues among others, the requirements set by PNG Rugby Football League.
The clubs are Kone Sharks, Koki Eels, Talai Spartans, Vikings, Two-Mile United, Southern Sons, Muniogo Knights, MK West, Gabutu Dragons, Bulldogs, Joyce Bay Roosters, Subcity Raiders, Kipo Eastern Pride, Vadavada United and Six-Mile Crow Dust.
League chairman Brown Murema said: “We want to advise the club executives that the major requirement by PNGRFL is club affiliations, K50 player registration and must have three divisions.
“All teams must have a senior men, senior women and Under 20s team and any team that fails to fill all three divisions will not be considered for the MSRFL 2019 rugby league season.
“We were lenient to some clubs and allowed them to take part without a women’s division however, it’s been made a major criteria to participate as an affiliate.
“It is my duty to ensure that all requirements are met and it’s simple, if a team fails to fill a women’s division will not be considered and that’s final.”
