MOU on Strenthening investment in the infrastructure sector
This MOU will encourage companies in PNG and China to cooperate in the areas of; investment, construction, and operation in infrastructure, including planning, financing, design and project consulting. The construction, installation and operation of the projects ib trhe specified areas, the provision of the required technical services in compliance with buildings and quality standards will occur in accordance with their respecyive national laws regulations and policies.
This arrangement will ensure that the main sectors for cooperation in infrastructure are consistent to the Government of PNG MTDP3 and include to highways, missing links, Ports and Wharves, Airports, Energy, Communications, agreed to be both countries
