THE second of the three cruise liners chartered for APEC sailed into Fairfax Harbour yesterday morning.
Pacific Explorer will host the CEO Summit. Minister for APEC Justin Tkatchenko said that the second ship’s arrival is welcomed and the arrival also marks an air of excitement for many who have never seen the cruise ships at one time in the harbour of the city.
The United States of America’s Coast Guard, PNG Water police, and the PNGDF maritime element is providing security around the cruise liners.
